TE TŪRANGA I THE ROLE:
A high-impact opportunity has opened for a Growth Marketing Specialist ready to drive meaningful growth through experimentation, insight, and optimisation. This is a 12-month fixed-term role.
Sitting at the heart of our Customer Performance Marketing team, this position plays a key role in accelerating customer acquisition, retention, and revenue. You’ll do this through executing compelling paid media campaigns and promotions, bold experimentation, sharp funnel optimisation, and data-led decision-making.
In this role, you’ll support A/B testing programmes, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimise paid media performance, and translate data into clear, actionable insights that drive results.
With a strong analytical foundation, you’ll also play a critical role in campaign analysis and reporting - identifying opportunities to improve performance and scale what works. It’s a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on momentum, continuous learning, and delivering measurable impact.
NGĀ HAEPAPA | ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute paid acquisition and retention campaigns aligned with overarching business objectives.
- Optimise campaign performance through paid media analysis, refining targeting strategies to maximise ROI.
- Collaborate with Marketing Automation teams to deliver personalised, data-driven messaging across cross-channel customer journeys.
- Design and support A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates across the customer funnel.
- Contribute to CRO initiatives by analysing data, running experiments, and reporting on performance metrics and customer insights.
- Partner with UX/UI teams to recommend website and landing page enhancements that improve user experience and drive conversions.
- Support the implementation of growth loops to accelerate organic growth and revenue generation.
- Conduct performance analysis for new marketing channels, providing recommendations on scaling high-performing opportunities.
NGĀ PŪKENGA ME NGĀ WHEAKO | WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We’re looking for a high-energy, adaptable, and collaborative marketer with a strong drive to learn and take ownership. You bring a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities to improve performance and deliver meaningful results. With 2–3 years’ experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing, you have a proven track record of driving measurable results. Comfortable working across teams, you thrive in fast-paced environments where experimentation and data-driven thinking are key to success.
Together with this you will bring:
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, paid media optimisation, data analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Strong analytical ability, with confidence in interpreting data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and UX.
- Proactive and opportunity-focused, consistently identifying new ways to optimise campaigns and drive growth.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented working style, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, tests, and priorities simultaneously.
