TE TŪRANGA I THE ROLE: 

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to join our team, supporting the development and delivery of Sky’s brand strategy as we shape the future of one of New Zealand’s most iconic entertainment brands.

This is a broad and varied role, combining brand strategy support, campaign delivery and brand operations. Working closely with senior brand leaders, internal stakeholders and agency partners, you’ll help translate strategy into execution while ensuring the day-to-day brand engine runs smoothly.

This role is ideally suited to an up-and-coming brand marketer with 4-5 years experience who is passionate about brand marketing, enjoys working across both strategy and delivery, and is ready to grow their career within a complex, high-profile organisation.

NGĀ HAEPAPA | ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Support the evolution and execution of Sky NZ’s overarching brand strategy
  • Manage the development of brand identity, including visual identity, tone of voice, distinctive assets and messaging frameworks.
  • Champion the brand strategy, positioning and identity to ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee the development and signoff of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional assets
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring they are understood and consistently applied across all internal and external touchpoints.
  • Manage relationships with key marketing agencies, suppliers and our internal creative agency, fostering an environment for delivering world class work.
  • Manage brand and marketing campaigns from briefing through to delivery and evaluation.
  • Manage brand administration, including budgets, purchase orders, campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Monitor and report on brand metrics and ensure alignment with customer expectations and market positioning.

NGĀ PŪKENGA ME NGĀ WHEAKO | WHAT YOU’LL BRING 

  • 4 -5 years experience in brand marketing, with a proven track record in brand delivery.
  • Intermediate/ Microsoft Office in Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • NCEA Level 3 English and Maths or equivalent
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
