Every person in our crew makes that possible. We are driven by our purpose, and we lead with care, inclusion, and integrity because how we do things matters just as much as what we do.

The Agility Coach plays a pivotal role in Sky’s adaptive ways of working transformation journey. With a focus on enhancing business agility, optimising technology and product development processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, this role works across teams and stakeholders to champion effective team dynamics, embed adaptive practices, and help drive sustainable change across the organisation. This developmental role has the added advantage of being supported, mentored and guided by experienced senior Agilists.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in complex environments, guiding teams through change, and celebrating progress along the way. A genuine passion for continuous improvement, learning, and adaptive ways of working will help you inspire and empower those around you.

Together with this you will have:
