TE TŪRANGA I THE ROLE:

We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Change and Enablement Lead to help drive successful change initiatives across our Customer Service and Cross-Functional Teams.

As our Change Lead, you’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering strategic change initiatives, ensuring that transitions are smooth, employees are well-supported, and business goals are met with minimal disruption. Working closely with the Enablement & Operations Manager and key stakeholders, the Change Lead will champion change management best practices and support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans
  • Conducting impact assessments and assess readiness for change, under guidance from the manager
  • Assisting in creating and executing communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
  • Supporting training delivery and enablement programs to support change initiatives
  • Providing progress updates and reports to the Enablement & Operations Manager
  • Coordinating and facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings as required

NGĀ PŪKENGA ME NGĀ WHEAKO I WHAT YOU WILL BRING 

You will bring proven experience in change management, project coordination, or business transformation, along with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and performing well under pressure. Your approachable and empathetic nature enables you to focus strongly on customer needs and plan tasks accurately to achieve goals effectively.

Having an analytical mindset and the ability to assess risks and track outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and successful delivery is key.

Together with this you will bring:

  • Experience supporting or delivering organisational change initiatives, with exposure to change management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Genesys Pure Cloud, IVR best practices and Salesforce Service Cloud experience 
  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer service environment leading change management and projects
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and facilitating workshops or training sessions.
