TE TŪRANGA I THE ROLE:
The Customer Value Management (CVM) team is transforming Sky’s Customer Lifecycle Management programme while delivering strategic initiatives that directly impact our customers.
This opportunity is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract, created to provide additional resource in the CVM team during an exciting period of change and delivery. As CVM Executive, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering highly segmented, data-driven campaigns, supporting the go-to-market (GTM) activity for new Sky channels and product launches, and partnering with teams and agencies to create seamless customer experiences. You’ll also use insights and performance data to optimise campaigns in a timely manner, contributing to Sky’s ambition of building stronger, more personalised customer communications and relationships.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering omnichannel direct marketing campaigns that are highly targeted, personalised and measurable.
- Managing campaign development end-to-end—segmentation, data briefing, creative, copywriting, execution and optimisation.
- Analysing and reporting on campaign performance, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to create engaging, customer-centric experiences.
- Supporting Sky’s wider product and proposition launches with timely and effective GTM execution.
NGĀ PŪKENGA ME NGĀ WHEAKO I WHAT YOU WILL BRING
We’re looking for a proactive, customer-obsessed direct marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You’ll be someone who isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo and is passionate about creating campaigns that strengthen our relationship with customers.
ESSENTIAL
- 3+ years’ experience in data-driven CVM or direct marketing, ideally across multiple touchpoints.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar CRM platform).
- Strong stakeholder management, campaign development and copywriting skills.
- Commercial acumen with a data-driven mindset, using insights to improve performance.
- Adaptability, agility and the ability to juggle competing priorities in dynamic environments.
PREFERRED
- Experience in large, customer-centric organisations undergoing transformation.
- Familiarity with agile ways of working and cross-functional squads.
- A passion for TV, entertainment and sport content.
