TE TŪRANGA I THE ROLE:
As a Personal Assistant at Rangiata, Sky, you'll be a vital part of our dynamic executive support team—the glue that keeps everything running smoothly! Acting as the right-hand to our Executive Team, you’ll ensure they’re prepared, organised, and set up for success every day. If you thrive on keeping things on track, tackling challenges with ease, and bringing positive energy to those around you, this could be the role for you!
No two days will be the same, but here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
- Diary Management – Juggling schedules like a pro, ensuring meetings run smoothly and everyone’s in the right place at the right time.
- Inbox Management – Monitoring and managing inboxes to keep communication flowing, prioritising what matters, and ensuring timely responses.
- Travel Coordination – Booking flights, accommodation, visas, and transport to keep our Executive Team moving seamlessly.
- Event Support – Playing a key role in internal events that bring our crew together and boost engagement.
- General Administration – Tackling special projects, jumping in where needed, and keeping the wheels turning across the team.
NGĀ PŪKENGA ME NGĀ WHEAKO I WHAT YOU WILL BRING
We’re looking for someone who is naturally organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings confidence, curiosity and personality to everything they do. You'll also have:
- Experience in admin or coordination – At least two years in a role where you’ve kept things running smoothly (e.g., PA, EA, team coordinator, event coordinator).
- Top-notch organisational skills – You’re a master of prioritisation, diary management, and keeping things on track.
- Tech-savviness – Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and confident to learn new systems.
- Strong communication – You’ll know how to clearly convey a message, whether it’s in writing or face-to-face, across all levels of the business.
- Proactive and adaptable approach – You don’t just wait for things to happen—you make them happen! You’re quick on your feet and stay cool under pressure
