TE TŪRANGA I THE ROLE: 

As our Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be the voice and champion of our customers, ensuring their journey with Sky is nothing short of exceptional. Your mission? To create and optimise seamless, meaningful interactions that keep our customers at the heart of everything we do. From Sky Box to Neon, Sky Broadband, and Sky Sport Now, you'll help bring their voices into the conversation.

In this role, you will:

  • Support and evolve the 'Voice of the Customer' program across Sky’s brands.
  • Leverage and analyse data sets to uncover meaningful insights, challenge existing assumptions and advocate for customer-first strategies.
  • Craft and refine customer interactions that enhance every step of their journey, across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Care deeply about inclusivity and ensuring that every customer’s journey with Sky is seamless, accessible, and reflective of Aotearoa’s diverse communities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring a diverse range of ideas and perspectives to the table.
  • Develop customer journey maps, user flows, storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes for key initiatives.
  • Partner closely with UX leads and product teams to weave customer experience into product and service development.
  • Communicate CX design and insights creatively and clearly to stakeholders, helping them see what’s possible.
